MISSION

The approach to the architectural project is geared towards sustainability, with a study of technological choices employing low environmental impact materials, such as local stone and wood, preferably from a short supply chain, in compliance with the energy containment of buildings and the use of local craftsmen and artisans. The firm mainly operates in various countries of the Stura di Demonte Valley, a beautiful and wild valley that is part of Occitania between the Maritime and Cozie Alps, suitable for outdoor sports.

The study

The Meiranesio firm has been putting its knowledge at the service of its clients since 1974. It deals with architectural design, energy certifications, the handling of cadastral practices, topographic surveys, estate succession due to death, assistance in deeds of sale, condominium administration, public works and safety and coordination plans D.Lgs 81/08 (only for construction sites) with competence and professionalism.

Architectural design

Architectural design of building works for new construction, maintenance, restoration, extensions, demolitions, etc.

Cadastral practices

Completion and delivery of procedures for land registration, cadastral changes (renovations, change of intended use, etc.) and ownership transfers.

Energy certifications

Implementation of systematic procedures in order to compile an energy consumption profile of the building/real estate unit and implementation of interventions to reduce energy consumption.

Topographic surveys

Consultation on all aspects of the property purchase and sale, from urban planning and cadastral checks to the estimation of the actual market value, to the possible obtaining of a mortgage loan with credit institutions.

Condominium administration
